Learn to Forgive.. It will totally mess up Satans plan to attach your emotions and thoughts during a disagreement with your spouse. If your husband /wife will not talk over an arguement by the end of the evening .. You can still pray for God to protect your emotions from Satans attach.. and pray over your spouse as well..
